This mindful retreat is a wonderful experience that will soothe, comfort and wash worries away. It could be a wonderful gift or care package for anyone who needs a lift or kept on hand for your own personal self care. Just place your bath tea into your running bath and prepare to be relaxed. Package includes: Bath tea (with assorted Crystals or Reiki healing optional), essential oils and herbs for a deeper healing soak, 2 servings of herbal tea, mindful exercise & a candle. I draw a Guidance card for you personally and also a card while working with the bath tea to help infuse greater intentions and energy.
