Fireplace wall before - they identified a primary goal was to host more meaningful get togethers on the main level, moving tv & game room upstairs for the family made sense, leaving first floor to feel more like getting cozy with a book and unwind with a glass of wine or morning coffee

foyer freshened up with paint, new table, adjusted the closet doors and added artsy knobs, new entry door, and some lighting to help create relaxing entry to the home

NEw FIREPLACE!! the client’s family heirloom wasn’t being used except to hold plants in the corner; we suggested repurposing the table into a coffee / game table that everyone could get around & become a centerpiece in the room

Another priority was to have more space for guests during gatherings. The Slab bar from Urban Tree was cut in half and continues into the dining room on the other side of this wall.
